This Privacy Policy describes how LevrAge ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information while the LevrAge beta helps you capture, remember, and act on your professional relationships.
Details entered in the no-account card studio stay in your browser until you choose to share them or save them to an account. We measure studio visits, card readiness, sharing actions and signup actions using Vercel Analytics and daily aggregate counters in Firestore. Card names, contact details, card contents, account IDs and IP addresses are not included in these counters.
Browser session storage limits repeated stage counts. A first-party signup-source cookie lasts up to 24 hours and contains only the time of a card signup click and a testing flag. It lets us count a newly created account after that click; the aggregate report does not retain a link to the account. Known admin and marked test activity is separated. A displayed QR does not tell us whether another person scanned it or saved the contact.
LevrAge currently uses Firebase Auth and Firestore for account and application data, Pinecone for user-scoped vector search, OpenAI for AI and embedding features, Google APIs for optional Google-import and Calendar actions, and Resend for email delivery. We use authentication, owner-scoped access checks, and security controls to protect your data, and we continue to harden these controls during beta.
You have the right to:
Self-serve account deletion is not yet available in the beta. Deletion and export requests are handled manually by email while the automated flow is being built.
